How to join

To undertake initial driving training with our Group you will need to join us as an Associate. Doing so then entitles you to free tuition towards taking the Test, subject to the conditions of joining. Not only does passing the Test give you the satisfaction of knowing that your driving has been improved, but it is graded – Bronze, Silver or Gold. Whilst a Bronze shows that you are significantly above the standard required to pass the ‘L’ driving test, and Silver is a very good achievement, Gold is recognised as the highest driving award available to the general public.

Tuition is organized on a one-to-one basis, giving you your own allocated Tutor. Training drives take place at any time convenient to you and your own Tutor with, when you are ready, a Check Drive organized with another Tutor for your driving to be assessed prior to Test.

Associate Group membership costs £35.00 per annum and runs for 12 months.. There is nothing else to pay until you are ready to apply for your Test. The RoSPA Advanced Driving Test (including your grading and a full written report) and including 1 year’s Membership of RoADAR, costs £67.00 (age 25 and under is £62.00).

So if you would like to join to improve your driving and make yourself, your passengers and other road users safer, please fill in the application below. If you would like to discuss any aspects of Group membership, driving training, etc, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Group Contact Geth Thomas on 07980 238896.
